The problem of uneven temperature is common in modern caged chicken houses, and uneven temperature is the main reason for uneven body weight. This has brought great distress to the breeders, and also seriously affected the economic benefits of the breeders.
The period when the temperature difference has the greatest impact on chickens is the transitional ventilation and minimum ventilation periods, because the main purpose of ventilation at this time is to supplement fresh air and remove dirty air while maintaining the house temperature. The temperature difference at this time has a more obvious effect on the body weight of the chickens. During the movement of the air, the heat carried by the air will gradually accumulate, and the air will become more and more turbid. Therefore, as long as there is air flow in the presence of a heat source, a temperature difference will occur, and the temperature difference will cause uneven weight. The temperature difference will be reflected in different directions of length, width and height.
As the land conflict becomes more and more acute, the phrase “requiring efficiency from the land” is constantly being mentioned, and high-rise cage farming has become the general trend. At present, there have been explorations of 8- or even 12-story caged chicken houses. Of course, the problem of temperature difference is also gradually becoming prominent, which has also become a major limiting factor for the development of higher-level cages. As the height of the cage increases and the falling distance of fresh air increases, the temperature difference in the height direction continues to expand, and the air quality of the lower cage is relatively poor.
In response to these ventilation problems related to temperature difference, we visited many customers with rich breeding experience, communicated with other equipment manufacturers, conducted simulation experiments and field tests, and finally selected an improved version of the special breeding jet fan.
It can be installed diagonally in the broiler house, which can significantly increase the aisle wind speed, improve the temperature and air quality at the end, and make the air more fully and quickly mixed in the brooding stage, reducing the temperature difference across the house; eggs raised in high-rise cages The vertical installation of the chicken house can make the fresh air from above be sent to the lower part of the cage more quickly and efficiently, reduce the temperature difference between the upper and lower layers, and make the ambient temperature of the whole chicken house more uniform.
